One of our staff who was working last week was today confirmed positive with COVID19, the source is not confirmed and we have not been forced to close but we are taking these precautionary measures to keep everyone safe.
Our top priority is to maintain the safety of our staff, customers & the general public. Right now even with all the measures we have in place it is just too challenging for us to control every aspect of this virus.
With loss of evening trade, no alcohol sales, cancelling christmas bookings, smaller & less tables & seats, more staff needed to manage track & trace procedures & the rates rising in our area, we feel confident that this is the right decision for us.
We can’t be sure when we will be back open to the public or in what form but I can reassure you we will re-open when it feels safe to do so.
We will keep our website open for those of you who would like to still continue to buy vouchers & any words of support would be well received.
