Closing Shindig
After nine years of pouring my heart and soul into The Warren, it feels surreal to be writing these words. On Wednesday 24th September, we’ll be gathering for a little “farewell for now” party, an evening of food, live music, and a chance to come together one more time in this space that has meant so much to all of us.
This isn’t goodbye forever, but it is the end of a chapter. The Warren has been more than just a restaurant. It has been a place where strangers became friends, where local farmers, growers and makers found a home for their produce, and where we all shared in the joy of good food made with care. We’ve celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, and countless everyday moments that turned out to be just as important.
For me, this night is about more than closing the doors for a while. It is about honouring what we’ve created together. The laughter, the late nights, the busy lunches, the conversations that lingered long after plates were cleared, those memories will stay with me always.
If you’re able to join us, please do. It would mean the world to see as many of you as possible so I can say thank you properly. Tickets are available here*.
Come hungry, come ready to dance, come ready to raise a glass to everything The Warren has stood for and to whatever might come next.
With love and gratitude,
Deri x
*Tickets will cover food and live music. The bar will be open for drinks.
