How it all started

The Warren started with a simple idea: to create a small, independent restaurant rooted in good food, fairness, and care for the land and the people around it.

Before opening our doors in Carmarthen, the project was made possible through a crowdfunding campaign. Those early videos capture the heart of why The Warren exists, my journey as a chef, and the values that shaped everything from the menu to the way we work with growers, producers, and our community.
