The Warren Named One of Britain’s Top 100 Local Restaurants 2025

I’m absolutely thrilled to share that The Warren has been named one of the Top 100 Local Restaurants in Britain by The Good Food Guide for 2025!

This means so much to me and the team. The Good Food Guide is one of the most respected voices in British dining, and their annual list highlights independent restaurants that are rooted in their communities, serve seasonal food, and offer a genuinely warm welcome. To be recognised again, alongside so many inspiring places across the UK, is a real honour.

We were named Best Local Restaurant in Wales back in 2020, and five years later, we’re still here, still cooking, and still trying to do things the right way. This year, the top spot in Wales went to Paternoster Farm in Pembrokeshire, a brilliant place and a very worthy winner.

At The Warren, everything we do is grounded in purpose. Whether it’s sourcing ingredients from local growers, creating a fair and supportive place to work, or making sure our space feels welcoming to everyone who walks through the door, we try to stay true to our values. Being included in this list again is a beautiful reminder that it matters.
