• The expiry date is fixed and cannot be extended beyond 12 months.

• Vouchers may be redeemed against food and drink at The Warren, subject to availability and opening times.

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.

• Vouchers must be presented at the time of payment.

• The Warren reserves the right to refuse vouchers that appear to be altered, copied, or misused.
