The WarrenCarmarthen

Two people. From the very beginning.

Not a job at a restaurant that already exists. A hand in building one that does not yet, alongside the people who will decide what it becomes.

Two jobsPaid, and properly

We need two people. They are paid.

Deri is not cooking this and not running the floor. He did both for ten years, and doing them again would guarantee the same ending. He oversees the night, tells the story and solves the problems. Two other people lead the work, and they are paid for it.

Kitchen lead

One day a week

You own the food. Menu, prep, allergens, and the pass on the night. Not a brigade and not a hundred covers of à la carte: one set menu, done properly, for a room that has already booked and already wants to be there.

Front of house lead

One evening a week

You own the room. Service, the volunteers, the bar, and the feeling people leave with. The hardest and least credited job in hospitality, and the one that decides whether anybody comes back.

Both are paid, self-employed roles To confirm , hours and rate agreed in advance, before anyone starts. No unpaid trials, and nobody is asked to cook for exposure.

The detail sits behind a password.

Deri would rather talk to people than advertise. Get in touch and he will send the password over. It opens a longer page about the pilot and the application form itself.

No start date on this page, and that is deliberate. Deri will not fix one until both roles are filled, because the two of you will shape what the nights actually are. The people come first and the calendar follows.
