A new future for The Warren.
The plan is to gather everyone who wants to see The Warren survive: customers, suppliers, followers, friends, family and the projects working alongside us.

Together we will test the ideas and work towards forming a community company with the right team in 2027.
Why this wayIn Deri's words
Not on one pair of shoulders.
I want a team that can protect The Warren without every decision and every responsibility landing on one person.
The new organisation needs complementary skills, shared responsibility and real accountability to the community.
In the long run I would like to set off on a very long cycle ride knowing The Warren is safe without me. I want it to outlive me. I would like to see it find land to grow food on and people to live, and go in directions none of us have thought of yet.
How the pilot worksSeven steps
What actually happens.
- Bring together the people who might make up the team, and the partners.
- Run events and test ideas.
- Ask the community what they think.
- Work out the right legal structure.
- Publish the finances and the progress.
- Find out whether there is enough support to go on.
- Form the community company in 2027.
Every penny of profit from the pilot goes into forming the community company, and we will publish what comes in and what goes out from the start.
