We open the kitchen and the room on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays for food businesses to run their own night. You cook, we run the bar, and we fill the room with you. Tell us about your food and roughly when, and a person reads every one.
You cook, we run the bar
The kitchen and the room are yours for the night. We look after the bar and the licence, so you can put everything into the food.
You keep your food money
On a Friday or Saturday there is no room hire, we take a small share of the food instead. On a quieter night it is a flat fee. Either way the food takings are yours.
One night first, then monthly
The first night is a trial for both of us. If it goes well, there is a standing monthly slot waiting for you. No block booking a season off the back of a first hello.
