Which part of the vision interests you most, and what would you help it achieve in the first two years?

Describe a time you helped an organisation or team through a difficult decision. What was your role, and what did you actually contribute?

What does good governance look like to you, particularly when directors disagree?

How much time could you realistically give each month? Board meetings, preparation, introductions, events, the occasional bit of project work.

Anything you would be willing to take responsibility for? And anywhere you would want guidance or training. Saying so is a good sign, not a bad one.
