Low Carb Dhal

Dhal is a very simple and straightforward recipe to try on the Low Carb Diet. I love playing with different flavours when I’m cooking, so as long as you use the standard recipe of Garam Masala, Garlic and Tumeric then you really can take it anyway you please by adding chopped veg or even some curry paste. I used a red thai paste at the end of my cooking to give it a nice blast of chilli but you can just add harissa or even just some tomato puree if spice isn’t your thing.
