  • The Cwtch is upstairs, up a big flight of stairs.
  • Cancel more than 72 hours before and we refund you in full.
  • From 72 hours down to 24 hours before, we keep £10 a head and refund the rest. Under 24 hours, we keep £20 a head.
  • Changed your mind within 24 hours of booking? Cancelling is free, as long as it is still a day or more away.
  • Cancel from your booking page, any time, with the link in your confirmation email.
