Why Sunday matters.
Sunday lunch is the meal people make time for. The long one, with the family round the table and nobody rushing off anywhere.
That is what we want it to be here. The menu follows what the farms and growers around Carmarthen have that week, so it changes with the seasons. A proper roast, dishes to share, and a room that has been feeding this town for ten years.
Come with the people you love, stay for another glass, and let us do the washing up.
