Children order from the same menu. They are counted in the table; nothing is charged to book, whatever the age.

We have four in the building, so tell us and one will be ready.

We love celebrating birthdays. Tell us and something special will be waiting.

Tell us who and what, and leave it empty if there are none. One chef cooks one menu for the whole room, so we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot do rather than guess. You can change this any time before Sunday, and we will remind you.

Dogs are welcome in our downstairs bar and at our front tables, at a dog-friendly table, and we need to know when you book. Dog-friendly tables are subject to availability. What we ask: a short lead, kept with you at your table and off the furniture, and not soaking wet or muddy. Assistance dogs are, of course, welcome throughout. Dogs at The Warren has the whole of it.

Everyone is welcome. Wheelchair users can get in easily: the front door has a small lip, not a step, and you can sit in the Front or the Bar. Our toilets are not wheelchair accessible: they are up a few steps, with a handrail. Tell us what you need and we will help where we can. Getting in and around

Every booking earns points. Booking puts you in the Warren Loyalty Program: every £1 is a point, and every 100 points is a £10 credit for a future visit. How it works

A card, nothing charged

The card, plainly

Every table leaves a card, and nothing is charged when you book. It holds your table, and you pay for what you order on the day. No table pays a deposit, whatever its size. Apple Pay and Google Pay work differently: your bank may show £30 a head as taken or pending until the day after your visit. It is a hold, not a payment, and nothing is taken unless you cancel late or do not come. Prefer nothing on your account? Use a card.

Free cancellation. Cancel more than 2 days before your table (3 days for a table of 6 or more) and there is nothing to pay. No problem, no questions.

Late cancellation: £10 a head. Inside that window, down to 2 hours before your table (24 hours for 6 or more). We have to take it, because we have been getting the Warren ready for you.

No-show: £30 a head. You did not come, or you cancelled inside 2 hours of your table (24 hours for 6 or more). By then the food is prepped, the team is in and we have turned other people away. It is taken from the card you held.

Booked and changed your mind? Cancel within 24 hours of booking and it is free, as long as your table is more than a day away.

Book right up to the day. There is no deadline. If the room has space it is yours, and the page will tell you honestly whether it has. Bookings only close when the service starts.

Finding us

11 Mansel Street, Caerfyrddin / Carmarthen, SA31 1PX. There is no parking outside, so it is drop off and pick up right there, or St Catherine's Walk, the multi storey on St Catherine Street, five minutes' walk away. If you hold a disabled badge, there are a few spaces nearby with no guarantees, outside Walter Lloyd pharmacy next door is usually a good spot.

If you're booking and bringing a dog, please let us know when you book so we can make sure we give you a suitable table.
